  • If you found a cheaper rate compared to our website, submit your claim to reservation1@empirehotel.com.my with screenshot and details of the rate discovered
  • Once deemed to be valid, we will provide you with a Promo Code to have access for an additional 10% discount on-top of our online rates available
Terms & Conditions
  • The lower price identified must be publicly available on channels other than Empire Hotel Subang’s official website (www.empirehotel.com.my)
  • Prices obtained from wholesale, packages, travel agents, opaque rates, private sale, or membership discounts are excluded from the guarantee, including such as below:
    • Reservations book through sources other than www.empirehotel.com.my booking channel, or a non-designated GDS, third party website or other channel
    • Any online interface or mobile interface protected by passwords and/or require customers to have completed a customer profile
    • Prices made available on “opaque” websites where the hotel is not known until the booking is made (eg. Priceline.com, Hotwire.com)
    • Hotel packages which may include accommodations, airfare, car rental, food & beverage offers or other similar packages and inclusions
    • Discount or special prices not available to the general public, including but not limited to the following rates: membership, corporate, government, promotional, unpublished, employee, wholesale, pre-paid rates, vouchers, groups, or other specially negotiated rates
    • Reservations made within 48 hours of arrival
  • Best Rate Guarantee claim must be under the same hotel, room types, date of stay, length of stay, number of guests, cancellation policy, advance purchase policy, taxes and gratuity, type of currency, and the same terms & conditions governing the room price
  • Price disparities due to fluctuation, rounding, or differences in the currency exchange rate are excluded from the best rate guarantee
  • The same accommodations must be available for purchase at the Lower Price when we validate your claim
  • Price comparison must be made nett of taxes, gratuities, service charges, early departure fees, or other fees and incidental charges
  • Best Rate Guarantee claim must be made within 24 hours of making your reservation and at least 2 days prior to your arrival at the hotel
  • Claim must be made directly to hotel by email only at reservation1@empirehotel.com.my
  • The rooms claimed under the Best Rate Guarantee must be available for purchase when upon validation
  • Only one claim can be made for each stay. A “stay” means the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same hotel by the same guest or guests
  • Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer and terms & conditions at any time
